Lightweight, durable and capable of being used in a number of applications, the James Hardie EasyLap™ Panel is an excellent external wall solution for Perth homes. Also compatible with HardieSmart™ systems and tiling, this strong fibre cement substrate features a shiplap vertical joint and is finished with either a site-applied roll-on textured acrylic paint or tiles.
The EasyLap™ Panel from James Hardie can also be used as a substrate for an external tiled wall application. It has strong hanging power for tiles, capable of holding up to 50kg of tiles per square metre. The shiplap join makes it easier to install a level substrate for tiling. It also helps to reduce the risk of differential movement that can result in grout cracks. It is available in multiple sizes, including 3600mm lengths ideal for tall, continuous feature walls.
EasyLap™ Panel is designed for use in residential single and medium-density buildings, including alterations and additions, where a uniform broad wall cladding is required. Panels are suitable for use on either timber or light-gauge steel-framed homes.
