Snap & Win Competition

1. Promoter

The promoter is Westgyp Building Supplies, located at 39 Ledgar Road, Balcatta, WA 

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

• One entry per person is permitted. 

• Employees of Westgyp Building Supplies, their immediate family members, or anyone connected professionally with this competition are not eligible to enter. 

3. Competition Dates

• The competition is open and closes at 11:59 PM (AWST) on 31/07/2025. 

• Late entries will not be accepted. 

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must: 

1. 1. Take a photo on-site featuring WESTGYP collated screws. 
   2. Post the photo to Instagram or Facebook, tagging @westgypbuildingsupplies in the post. 
   3. Email the same photo to orders.westgyp@gmail.com. 

• Only entries that complete all three steps and comply with these Terms & Conditions will be eligible. 

• Entrants may only submit one (1) entry. Multiple entries will will only account for a single entry. 

5. Judging and Prize

• The winner will be selected based on creativity, relevance to the product, and overall visual appeal. 

• The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by Westgyp Building Supplies. 

• Prize: A Safestyle Legends Box, valued at over $250 AUD. 

• The winner will be announced and contacted on 01/08/2025 via email and/or Instagram. 

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond within 5 business days of notification. 

• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond in time, Westgyp Building Supplies reserves the right to award the prize to a runner-up. 

7. Use of Entries

• By entering, participants grant Westgyp Building Supplies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish the submitted photo for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media, websites, and printed materials. 

• The entrant warrants they own the rights to the photo and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. 

8. General

• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading. 

• The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. 

• The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. 

• Westgyp Building Supplies reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary. 

9. Privacy

• Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with Westgyp Building Supplies’ Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
